Flower Delivery HK exceeded my expectations. Not only were the flowers well presented and reasonably priced (for Valentine's Day!), they were also delivered within the timeframe I had requested and I was notified of the delivery by SMS. Will definitely be using their service again and recommend them to everyone.

They looked like the image on the site and were delivered on the day required. No complaints.

I paid for same day delivery but the flower did not arrive until the next day. I understand there are reasons for this but if you can't make the deadline you should call the customer to let them know and not pretend nothing is wrong

Impressed by the whole set-up from the initial email, phone call and eventual collection in person. Plenty of options online in Hong Kong but with this first time experience I will definately use this service again. A shame I can only select up to 5 stars?
